Casa Malena is a modern nine unit rental apartment building in the heart of Cuenca, Ecuador. Run by Malena Castro, this building caters to ex-pats who are making Cuenca their home for the short or long-term. Malena is well-seasoned in helping new arrivals navigate the ins and outs of settling in Cuenca. Having lived in the United States for many years, Malena speaks English further helping the transition for new arrivals.

The 4 story building was completely remodelled in 2010. There is a beautiful rooftop deck with amazing views of the Cuenca skyline. The roof top terrace also houses a shared washer and dryer.

The secure building is wired for cable, phone and internet, it also has a backup system should city water fail. Gas is available in every unit.
